These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.bytrizstudio.com/ (the "Website") and your purchase or use of products and services offered by By Triz Studio ("By Triz Studio," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products or services.
1. About By Triz Studio
By Triz Studio provides digital products, design services, creative services, and other products or services that may be offered through the Website.
We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or add products and services at any time.
2. Eligibility
By using our Website or purchasing a product or service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are purchasing a product or service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.
3. Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout before an order will be processed, unless otherwise agreed by By Triz Studio in writing.
We use third-party payment providers, including Squarespace Payments, to process transactions. By submitting payment information, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product availability issues.
4. Digital Products
Certain products offered by By Triz Studio may be delivered digitally.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, the purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, design, template, content, or materials to you.
Instead, you receive a limited license to use the product as described in these Terms and the applicable product description.
5. Digital Business Card Template License
When you purchase a DIY digital business card template or similar digital product, By Triz Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased product for your own personal or business use.
You may use the purchased template to create a digital business card for yourself or your own business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, you may not:
Resell the template
Redistribute or share the template
Give the template to another person
Transfer your access or license to another person or business
Upload the original template or substantially similar files to a marketplace or template library
Claim ownership of the original template design
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the template for resale
Use the template to create a competing product or template for resale
Sell, license, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the original template itself
All intellectual property rights in the original design, template, content, branding, and materials remain the property of By Triz Studio or applicable rights holders.
6. Customer Responsibility for DIY Products
DIY products are intended to be customized and implemented by the purchaser.
You are responsible for:
Following the provided instructions
Adding and maintaining your own information
Creating or managing accounts with third-party platforms when required
Testing your links, QR codes, contact information, and other functionality
Maintaining any third-party services required for your digital business card
By Triz Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from your customization, modification, incorrect information, or use of third-party services.
7. Done-for-You Digital Business Card Services
Customers purchasing a Done-for-You digital business card service are responsible for providing all information and assets reasonably required to complete the order.
Required materials may include:
Name or business name
Contact information
Social media links
Website links
Logos or branding assets
Photographs
Video files
Other requested information or content
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide any submitted materials.
By Triz Studio is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery timeframe for a Done-for-You digital business card is 5–7 business days.
The delivery timeframe does not begin when the order is placed.
The delivery timeframe begins only after By Triz Studio has received all information, assets, and materials reasonably necessary to begin the project.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to order volume, project complexity, technical issues, customer delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Client Asset Submission Deadline
Customers purchasing a Done-for-You service must provide all requested information and assets within 14 calendar days of purchase, unless another timeframe is agreed to in writing.
If you fail to provide the required information or assets within this period, the project may be delayed.
By Triz Studio may contact you regarding missing materials. However, we are not required to provide unlimited reminders or follow-ups.
If required assets or information are not provided, By Triz Studio may place the order on hold, close the project, or otherwise handle the order in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.
No refund will be issued solely because a customer fails to provide required information or assets, delays the project, or becomes unresponsive.
10. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Done-for-You digital business card service includes one (1) round of revisions.
A revision is intended to address reasonable corrections or changes to the completed design based on the information and scope originally provided by the customer.
The included revision does not include:
A complete redesign
A new concept unrelated to the original scope
Additional features outside the purchased service
New work requested after the original project scope has been completed
Changes resulting from information that was previously provided incorrectly or incompletely
Additional revisions or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
11. Revision Response Deadline
After the completed digital business card is delivered or presented for review, the customer will have 7 calendar days to submit their revision request.
If the customer does not submit a revision request within this period, the order may be considered accepted and complete.
By Triz Studio may finalize and deliver the digital business card using the information and materials previously provided.
No refund will be issued because a customer fails to submit a revision request or otherwise becomes unresponsive within the stated timeframe.
12. All Sales Final and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and customized services, all sales are final.
By Triz Studio does not offer refunds for digital products or services except where required by applicable law.
No refund will be issued because:
You changed your mind
You no longer wish to use the product or service
You failed to use or customize a DIY product
You provided incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information
You failed to submit required assets
You delayed the project
You became unresponsive
You failed to submit revision requests within the applicable timeframe
You are dissatisfied with a third-party platform or service
A third-party platform changes, limits, or discontinues its functionality
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Certain products and services may rely on or connect with third-party platforms or services.
These may include, but are not limited to:
Squarespace
Canva
Apple
Google
Instagram
TikTok
LinkedIn
Pinterest
QR code services
Video hosting platforms
Mobile device operating systems
Other social media, website, or technology platforms
By Triz Studio does not own or control these third-party services.
We do not guarantee that any third-party platform will remain available, maintain the same features, remain free, or continue functioning in the same manner.
Third-party platforms may change their functionality, pricing, policies, requirements, or availability at any time.
By Triz Studio is not responsible for changes, interruptions, outages, limitations, account suspensions, or discontinued functionality caused by third-party services.
14. QR Codes and External Links
Digital business cards may include QR codes and links to websites, social media profiles, contact information, or other third-party destinations.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information and destinations you provide are accurate and lawful.
By Triz Studio is not responsible for:
Broken links resulting from changes made after delivery
Expired or discontinued third-party accounts
Changes to external websites or social media platforms
Content hosted by third parties
Third-party outages or technical failures
Customers should test their digital business card and all functionality before sharing or distributing it.
15. Customer Content and Assets
You retain ownership of the content and assets you provide to By Triz Studio.
By submitting content to us, you grant By Triz Studio a limited right to use, reproduce, modify, and process that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service and operate our business.
You represent that:
You own or have permission to use the submitted content
Your submitted content does not infringe the rights of another person or entity
Your submitted content is lawful
You have permission to provide any personal information included in submitted materials
You agree not to submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website and in our products and services—including designs, templates, text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, guides, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to By Triz Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit our materials except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written permission.
17. Portfolio and Promotional Use
By Triz Studio may display completed work or portions of completed work in our portfolio, Website, social media, marketing materials, or promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you require a project to remain confidential or do not wish for completed work to be displayed publicly, you must notify By Triz Studio in writing before the project begins.
18. No Guarantee of Business Results
Our products and services are intended to provide design, digital, and creative solutions.
We do not guarantee:
Increased sales or revenue
Increased website traffic
Social media growth
Leads or conversions
Specific business results
The continued availability of third-party platforms or technology
Any particular outcome from using our products or services
Your results may vary depending on numerous factors outside the control of By Triz Studio.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our Website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all Website content will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify Website content at any time.
