We use third-party payment providers, including Squarespace Payments, to process transactions. By submitting payment information, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

4. Digital Products

Certain products offered by By Triz Studio may be delivered digitally.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, the purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, design, template, content, or materials to you.

Instead, you receive a limited license to use the product as described in these Terms and the applicable product description.

5. Digital Business Card Template License

When you purchase a DIY digital business card template or similar digital product, By Triz Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased product for your own personal or business use.

You may use the purchased template to create a digital business card for yourself or your own business.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, you may not:

  • Resell the template

  • Redistribute or share the template

  • Give the template to another person

  • Transfer your access or license to another person or business

Customers purchasing a Done-for-You digital business card service are responsible for providing all information and assets reasonably required to complete the order.

Required materials may include:

  • Name or business name

  • Contact information

  • Social media links

  • Website links

  • Logos or branding assets

  • Photographs

  • Other requested information or content

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide any submitted materials.

8. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery timeframe for a Done-for-You digital business card is 5–7 business days.

The delivery timeframe does not begin when the order is placed.

The delivery timeframe begins only after By Triz Studio has received all information, assets, and materials reasonably necessary to begin the project.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to order volume, project complexity, technical issues, customer delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Client Asset Submission Deadline

Customers purchasing a Done-for-You service must provide all requested information and assets within 14 calendar days of purchase, unless another timeframe is agreed to in writing.

If required assets or information are not provided, By Triz Studio may place the order on hold, close the project, or otherwise handle the order in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.

No refund will be issued solely because a customer fails to provide required information or assets, delays the project, or becomes unresponsive.

10. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Done-for-You digital business card service includes one (1) round of revisions.

A revision is intended to address reasonable corrections or changes to the completed design based on the information and scope originally provided by the customer.
